Our hiring process for experienced staff
To apply for a position at SOCAR Polymer, create a user profile & upload your resume and motivation letter to the Careers Portal page. Once you do so, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Our recruiters review the resumes and forward CVs of the most qualified candidates to the line managers. A line manager then selects the candidates to be interviewed.
Depending on the position, there may be two to three meetings with department representatives. You will have a chance to share your detailed qualifications and learn more about SOCAR Polymer and our work.
If you pass the interview stage, we will conduct a background check that covers your employment history, references, educational qualifications, etc. Upon completion of the check, an HR representative will convey to you a job offer. The offer will include information about the general Terms & Conditions.
