SOCAR Polymer Internship Programme    - PROCUREMENT

The PROCUREMENT internship course will help you polish your mastery of industry-specific Project & Supply Chain Management ( PSCM) processes and procedures as well as provide you with the opportunity to apply the newly-acquired insights to addressing challenges the modern petrochemical industry is up against to. 

Assigned supervisors would assess your progress on a regular basis to tackle your concerns, provide feedback and make performance appraisals.

Upon completion of the course, you will be expected to submit a Power Point Presentation about the project you have been working on.

 OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Is a University student with a strong technical background  in the last year of Bachelor’s Degree, OR  the 1^st or 2^nd year of Master’s;
• Motivated, engaged and result-oriented;
• On speaking terms with rules and principles of financial analysis;
• Has a strong planning, organizational and negotiation skills, as well as ability to coordinate big volume of data within tight deadlines;
• Can handle basic filing, record-keeping and document control.
