SOCAR Polymer Internship Programme – ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

The ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING internship course will reinforce your knowledge of rich and extremely complex industry-specific engineering processes and provide you with an opportunity to apply the newly acquired insights to addressing the challenges the modern petrochemical sector is up against to. 

Assigned supervisors would assess your progress on a regular basis to tackle your concerns, provide feedback and make performance appraisals.

Upon completion of the course, you will be expected to submit a PowerPoint Presentation about the project you have been working on.

 OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Is a University student of Electrical Engineering and/or any related field in the last year of Bachelor’s Degree, OR the 1^st or 2^nd year of Master’s;
• Motivated, engaged and result-oriented; command of a design software is an advantage;
• Has basic awareness of electrical standards, the knowledge of electrical power system software will be an advantage;
• Can do data research, assessment, and interpretation;
• Can handle basic filing, record-keeping, and document control.
